Workplace Readiness Programme
We offer a one of a kind 24-month programme which kickstarts with a 12-month Learnership and then advances to our customized Work place Readiness Programme (WRP).
Project Background
Institutions of higher learning typically assist graduates with acquiring a certain skill in a specific field of study, however, this training falls short in preparing graduates for the workplace.
- Although graduates typically have academic and technical skills, they often lack basic workplace skills, also referred to as employability skills.
- Employers expect graduates to be ‘ready to run’ with their new jobs while graduates expect employers to ‘show them the ropes’ – this leads to a gap which can create work stress and tension.
- NM Consultants offers a Workplace Readiness Programme (WRP) which assists graduates with workplace mandatory and specific skills through a customized absorption programme. The programme is aligned to develop the graduate in line with the requirements of the employer.
